The items provided by SCK are new and guaranteed against defects. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and suppliers referenced.
Should an item be defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 working days, from receipt of the items, to request an exchange or refund. If the period of fifteen (15) days normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or day off, it is extended until the first working day following.
The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to email@example.com. (description and photos attached).
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, SCK is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge, except for the cost of return. Reimbursement is due within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
The return shipping costs then remain at your expense.
In case of reimbursement, we guarantee that it is made within a period less than or equal to 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
