Delivery :

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge) require a maximum of 10 to 15 working days from our team. Express delivery times are 5 to 7 days. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

Internationnal delivery is offered worldwide. There is no minimum order or special conditions.

You can track your package using your order tracking as well as your email address by going to " Track my order" on our shop.

Something wrong with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed parcel?

With our secure delivery, SCK handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier by letting you "fend for yourself". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.

Payment

We use Stripe as a platform for secure payment with which you can pay for your purchases by credit card.

When you buy online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then encrypted by SSL and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers in any way.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payment by Paypal.
However, we do not accept checks, money orders or bank transfers.
